What we commit to

Fourteen things we hold ourselves to.

Most businesses describe how they work. Very few write down the rules they can be held to, because a written rule is something you can be caught breaking. These are ours. If we break one, tell us - and we would rather hear it than not.

How we look at your business

  1. We use only publicly available information. No logins, no private systems, no purchased contact lists, no data brokers. Everything in a review is something you could look up yourself.
  2. We never state as fact anything we could not verify.Verified findings, observations and recommendations are labelled separately, so you can tell how much weight any line deserves.
  3. Every review names what it could not see. What we couldn't check from outside, what might already be handled, and what would change our view entirely. A review without that section isn't finished, and we don't send it.
  4. We never price something you may already own.A great deal of what looks missing turns out to be paid for and switched off. Anything that might already exist is checked before it is recommended, not after.
  5. A finding we couldn't verify never carries a price.A price attached to a guess is a guess with more confidence.

How we talk to you

  1. We never promise a financial return. We will tell you what we would do and why. We will not tell you what it will earn you, because nobody honestly can.
  2. Every proposal names one genuine limitation of ours.Something we can't do, or can't do well. Said plainly, before you decide.
  3. Every proposal gives one piece of advice that earns us nothing.Usually the cheapest useful thing you could do without us.
  4. We never ask you for a password, a key or a login.Access is something you grant on your own account and revoke in one click. If anyone ever asks you to email them a password, that is the moment to stop.
  5. If you ask us to stop, we stop. One word. No reason needed, no confirmation step, and no follow-up asking why.

How we charge

  1. You are never charged for anything you did not agree to in advance. In writing, with the price stated, before the work begins.
  2. One number, not a range.Once the scope is settled you get a single figure. Ranges belong in our working documents, not in your decision.
  3. Any third-party cost is named before it is incurred.Hosting, a domain, a subscription - you hear about it from us first, never from a statement afterwards.
  4. Scope comes down before the rate does, and there is no lock-in.If the budget doesn't fit, we do less rather than do it worse. Thirty days' notice either way, no minimum term, no exit fee. We don't charge to manage something that doesn't exist yet.

Independence, structurally

We hold no reseller agreements, no affiliate arrangements, no referral commissions and no platform partnerships. Nobody pays us to recommend them. Nothing in a Coalesce recommendation is there because it earns us something.

The practical version of that is unglamorous, and it is the honest evidence for everything above:

And there are things we don't do. We are not accountants, bookkeepers, BAS agents or tax advisers, and we don't advise on any of it. We don't run advertising campaigns as a product. We don't do automated outreach, bought engagement or manufactured urgency.

In someone else's words

We would rather show you one real, checkable review than a wall of them. This one is public on our Google profile and you can read it there in full.

“Rather than simply building a website, she's helping create a brand and a customer experience.”

“Treats your business as if it were her own.”

Why there aren't more here yet. Coalesce is new, our client list is deliberately small, and we won't publish a client's name or their story without asking them properly first. More will appear as people say yes - and if one ever appears here that you can't verify on a public profile, we've broken commitment two.

If we get it wrong

We will, at some point. Every review is a reading of a business from the outside, and the outside is not the business.

Tell us, and we will correct it in writing - including in any document we have already sent you. We would genuinely rather know. A correction costs us nothing except being wrong out loud, and being wrong quietly is worse.
